Yellow Jersey, 2nd Overall: Guillaume Haldimann Triumphs at the 83rd Tour of Albania

At the 83rd Tour of Albania (UCI 2.2), Guillaume Haldimann of Team Humard VP delivered a statement performance: a stage win, the yellow jersey, and a superb 2nd place in the general classification — all aboard the Awson Road Bike Arosa.

Some race days stay with you. Stage three of the 83rd Tour of Albania is one of them. Across 149 kilometres from Elbasan to Vlorë — through Albanian mountain terrain down to the Adriatic coast — Guillaume Haldimann crossed the finish line first, taking the yellow jersey as overall leader in the process.

In the general classification, the Swiss rider confirmed his form. Finishing 2nd overall against strong international competition, across multiple demanding stages and hundreds of kilometres, he showed exactly what he and his team are capable of.
